Jake and the team at Sertorio Homes supied a quality build. They listened to what we wanted right from the start. Their price was competitive, without any major price hikes (even through the construction boom - with material increases and major supply issues). It was great to deal with Sertorio Homes from begning to end. They were very accommodating to our ever changing requirements. They have trades working with them for long time and work with eachother very well. It is not that things didn't go wrong, but it's how they responded when things went wrong was good and shows the experience. It is very comforting when people walk by and say "house ooks good". Overall satisfied and would recommend them for your renovation needs.
